When you purchased or first accessed services on the Skill Me Up website, located at (the “Website”) and owned and operated by Skill Me Up, LLC, and clicked “I agree,” you expressly consented to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Skill Me Up collects certain information from you when you use the Website and when you purchase and use services through the Website (“Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how Skill Me Up uses the data we collect that could be used to identify you, either directly or indirectly (“Your Data”), such as your name, credit card information, and email address. When your subscription to the Services terminates, we may retain Your Data for a reasonable period of time in case you choose to re-subscribe. We currently use Stripe to process online payments for the Services; Stripe will collect and process some of Your Data for those purposes. Stripe’s Global Privacy Policy – Worldwide governs Stripe’s use, storage, and other processing of Your Data.

We may also provide Your Data to additional third parties, but only to the extent we deem necessary in order to provide you with the Services or with your express permission.
