In this module you will learn how to create a product and product variants and Bill of materials (BOMs) and identify the purpose and capabilities of the Product Configuration models. You will also learn how to create and configure category hierarchies and product attributes.
Module 02 - Configure Products for Supply Chain Management
In this module you will learn how to create and manage inventory dimensions, create Item groups and Item model groups, create and print product labels and create and assign bar codes. You will also learn how to configure Item coverage and product compliance processes.
Module 03 - Manage Inventory Pricing and Costing
In this module you will learn how to configure inventory costing and costing versions, configure and manage commodity pricing, create purchase, sales, and trade agreements and create smart rounding rules.
Module 04 - Configure Inventory Management
In this module you will learn how to identify the purpose of inventory forecasting, set up inventory and warehouse parameters, configure and perform Quality control and Quality management processes and configure inventory valuation reports. You will also learn how to configure ABC classification, configure inventory closing components, implement inventory breakdowns.
Module 05 - Manage and Process Inventory Activities
In this module you will learn how to create and process inventory and warehouse journals, transfer orders and chain orders. This module will also cover how to manage direct delivery orders, process quarantine and quality orders, perform inventory closing and adjustments and apply inventory blocking.
Module 06 - Implement Procurement and Sourcing
In this module you will learn how to create and manage purchase requisitions, requests for quotes (RFQs), and purchase orders (POs), create and manage vendor catalogs, configure Purchase Order change management and configure and apply vendor rebates. You will also learn how to implement and manage consignment inventory, configure and test Vendor collaboration portal and manage over and under deliveries and delivery schedules.
Module 07 - Implement Common Sales and Marketing Features
In this module you will learn how to configure quotations, sales orders, and return orders, configure sales groups and commissions, configure and manage up-sell, cross-sell, discounts, and price groups and configure customer and prospect searches. You will also learn how to implement and manage leads and prospects and configure inter-company Trade relations.
Module 08 - Implement Advanced Sales and Marketing Features
In this module you will learn how to configure brokers and royalties, configure trade allowances and customer rebates, implement and process foreign trade and configure and process Vendor 1099.
Module 09 - Configure Warehouse Management
In this module you will learn how to implement components for warehouse management, location directives, Inventory Statuses and waves. You will also learn how to implement Loads, shipments, Work and mobile devices.
Module 10 - Perform Warehouse Management Processes
In this module you will learn how to identify inventory movement processes, perform cycle counting, use mobile devices for inbound and outbound processes and implement containerization and packaging. You will also learn how to process inbound and outbound orders, perform cluster picking, process shipments and identify and apply the replenishment process.
Module 11 - Implement Transportation Management and Perform Business Processes
In this module you will learn how to configure container management, configure and manage transportation management, perform planning and executing of loads and shipments and configure and generate freight bills and invoices. This module will also cover how to identify and configure route and rate engines, configure and use dock appointment scheduling and perform transportation processes by using the load planning workbench.
