This course also talks about Dynamics 365 Business Central, Human Resources, Commerce and Security. This course will help prepare you to pass the Microsoft certification exam MB-901: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.

In this module you will learn about the uses for Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection, Sales Insights, Customer Insights, Customer Service Insights and 365 Remote Assist. This module will also cover the uses of 365 Guides and Layouts.
Module 09 - Dynamics 365 Sales
In this module we will cover dynamics 365 sales automation, pipeline management and contact management. You will also learn about customer requests and follow up as well as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Module 10 - Dynamics 365 Marketing
In this module you will learn about the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Marketing such as lead generation and qualifications, customer journey, surveys, landing pages and segmentation. This module will also cover the capabilities of event management and marketing forms.
Module 11 - Dynamics 365 Field Service
In this module you will learn about Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO), Connected Field Service, service resource scheduling, proactive customer service and Field Service Mobile.
Module 12 - Dynamics 365 Customer Service
This module will cover account management, omni channel service, case life cycle, knowledge articles and service schedules.
Module 13 - Dynamics 365 Finance
In this module you will learn about the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, project accounting and budgeting. This module will also cover global attributes and attribute groups, end to end business processes and real time cash flow visibility.
Module 14 - 365 Human Resources
In this module you will learn about the capabilities of employee self-service, personnel management, benefits management and employee development in Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
Module 15 - Dynamics 365 Business Central
This module will cover the following capabilities of Dynamics 365 Business Central: finance, supply chain, Purchase Cycle, project management, sales and service and budgeting. You will also learn when to use Business Central vs other Dynamics 365 products.
Module 16 - Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
In this module you will learn about the following capabilities of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management: cost accounting, cost management, procurement and sourcing, inventory management, warehouse management and master planning. We will also cover the capabilities of Product Information Management (PIM), vendor collaboration, transportation management and asset management.
Module 17 - Dynamics 365 Commerce
In this module you will learn about unified commerce, Channel Management, merchandise management, Modern Point of Sale (MPOS), analytical workspaces and customer loyalty.
