Lecture Overview
This course will help you prepare for the exam MS-300: Deploying Microsoft 365 Teamwork by covering the basics of configuring and managing SharePoint Online. This seven-part module will cover topics such as planning and configuring site collections and hub sites, planning and configuring apps, working with managed metadata, planning and configuring guest access, managing user profiles, setting up Information Rights Management, managing search, and monitoring the SharePoint Online service.

Lecture Modules
In this module you will learn how to create, delete, and restore site collections using the SharePoint admin center and PowerShell. You will learn how to configure site collection-level settings such as setting site collection administrators and activating features. Additionally, you will learn how to make changes at the individual site level as well, including activating features and modifying navigation. Finally, you will learn various ways to architect site collection hierarchies including creating sub-site structures.
In this module you will learn how to deploy apps from the App Catalog and configure app permissions and licensing.
In this module you will learn how to work with managed metadata, including creating and managing  term store groups, terms sets, and terms.  You will also learn how to manage tern store permissions. You will get an overview of working with the term store using the browser as well as PowerShell. Finally, you will learn how to apply term sets in SharePoint columns.
In this module you will learn how to configure sharing and licensing for guest users, including specifying domains that have been restricted for sharing, and allowing guests access to a SharePoint site.
In this nodule you will learn various miscellaneous aspects of SharePoint Online management. Topics include how to work with the user profile service, and how to configure Information Rights Management (IRM), and how to how to manage storage limits on a site collection and tenancy basis.
In this module you will learn how to configure search settings in SharePoint Online, including creating and updating search dictionaries; managing search schemas, result sets, query and suggestions; monitoring search usage reports and crawl logs; and managing search center settings. 
In this module you will learn how to monitor and diagnose issues with the SharePoint Online service, as well as evaluate platform usage.
