Lab Overview
In this lab, you learn about the different capabilities of Azure Network Watcher. The lab starts from the initial steps of enabling Azure Network Watcher in multiple Azure regions and deploying the Azure Network Watcher Virtual Machine extension to several VMs that are already deployed in your subscription. You learn how to use Azure Network Watcher Topology, you will then execute a network packet capture from the Azure Portal and PowerShell, and learn how to interpret and analyze the contents of a capture file by using different tools. Then you will move over to using IP Flow Verify and Network Security Group View features of Azure Network Watcher. In the last exercises, you will review the VPN Diagnostics capability.

  • Existing experience with Azure Virtual Machines and Virtual Networks

In this exercise, you learn about the different capabilities of Azure
Network Watcher. The exercise starts from the initial steps of enabling
Azure Network Watcher in multiple Azure regions and deploying the Azure
Network Watcher Virtual Machine extension to several VMs that are
already deployed in your subscription. You learn how to use Azure
Network Watcher Topology.

In this exercise, you will learn about the different capabilities of
