In this lab, you will learn how to use Visual Studio Code to author an ARM Template that declares the Azure Resources necessary to host an Azure Web App, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Application Insights.

In this exercise, you will setup the lab environment and connect to the Azure Subscription and LabVM.
In this exercise, you will first install the Azure Resource Manager Tools Extension into Visual Studio Code. You will then create a new ARM Template JSON file using a base template, as shown in this exercise, as the starting point for authoring the ARM Template deployment for this lab.
In this exercise, you will add some Azure Resources to the ARM Template to automate the deployment of a Web Application using Azure Web Apps, and Azure SQL Database.
In this exercise, you will use the Azure CLI to deploy the ARM Template that was created with this lab into Azure.
