This course covers the basics of getting started with Outlook 2016. It will focus on core communication using Outlook, Collaboration, and Email. It will cover topics within these categories such as composing emails, working with calendars and time zones, and scheduling and holding meetings.

Lecture Modules
Module 1 covers the basics of Outlook to get started, including adding your email account to Outlook and customizing Outlook to fit your needs. It also taks a look at pringing and saving information as well as leveraging search to find email.
Module 2 we focus on email. We’ll start of with congfiguring and customizing your email settings. We’ll also cover creating emails messages and formatting the text within the message. Finally you’ll learn about organizing and managing the messages you receive.
Module 3 is all about the calendar. You’ll learn about having multiple calendars, managing those calendars, and customizing them for your needs. You’ll also look at how you can schedule appointments and meetings on those calendars. Finally, we’ll take a look at notes and tasks within Outlook and how you can create new ones and and manage existing ones.
Module 4 walks you through the Outlook address book. This includes both contacts and groups. You’ll learn how to create and edit both groups and contacts as well as sharing contacts with others.
