Lecture Overview
In this course, students are introduced to deployment considerations for Microsoft Teams. Module topics include migration planning, networking requirements, guest access, information security, client endpoints, and system monitoring. Microsoft Teams Administrators are expected to understand these concepts to successfully deploy Microsoft Teams and promote rapid adoption within their organizations. Students will practice executing Microsoft Teams environment tasks via both the administrator portal and Windows PowerShell.

In this module, we’ll review choosing an appropriate deployment path, configuring coexistence modes an upgrade notifications and managing meeting migration from Skype for business.

In this module, we’ll cover the following topics for Microsoft Teams:

Network Configurations for Teams Client Applications
Optimizing Media with Quality of Service
In this module will talk about options for implementing governance for teams data and maintaining data lifecycles Within Office 365. First we'll talk about teams administration with Azure Active Directory. Then we'll talk about how to provision teams from existing templates . We’ll talk about managing creation policies for Office 365 groups that you can apply to your teams users. Next will cover Teams content classification,  expiration, and naming policies. Last will review how to remove teams, and then recover teams that are archived .
In this module we’ll review guest access features and compare the different kinds of outside user access, how to configure guest users and permissions within teams, customizing different teams features for guests, and managing guests within the Azure AD portal. 
In this Module, we’ll review assigning administrative roles in Microsoft Teams, how to enable compliance, retention and data  sensitivity features for teams. We will then cover how you can create administrator alerts for Microsoft Teams events,  and enabling information barriers to restrict spillage of content and data. Lastly, we will discuss how to leverage security reports.
In this module, we’ll discuss client deployment options for Microsoft Teams. We will the cover managing device settings and configurations for Teams supported hardware. We will close this module by covering details regarding Microsoft Teams Rooms Deployments.
In this Module, we’ll discuss how to leverage Usage reports for both Microsoft Teams and Office 365 Services. We will then cover where you can access information to help troubleshoot call quality for Teams and basic functionality of the Microsoft Teams Call Quality Dashboard.
