Lecture Overview
This course is meant for end users who are using SharePoint Online for the first time or have worked with previous versions of SharePoint and want to understand how to use the SharePoint “modern” user interface. The course will provide an overview of working with lists and documents in SharePoint and OneDrive from a user perspective. There will also be a brief overview of how to modify lists and pages for those who want to customize a SharePoint site.

  • The objective of the course is to get end users up to speed on a how to use SharePoint Online for basic file management operations so they can complete their day to day tasks.
Lecture Modules
This module will give you a brief overview of what SharePoint Online is and how to navigate SharePoint sites. You will learn how to work with documents in SharePoint Online and OneDrive. You will also learn how to share documents with other users and synchronize documents to your desktop computer.
This module will give an overview of very basic administrative functionality dealing with modifying web pages as well as lists and libraries.
